Colors and type
Use URelations resources for up-to-date colors and type.
Please note that maroon and gold should be prominent colors on any University-related material.
Email signatures
Visit University Relations' site to ensure proper email signature formatting.
Recommendation: Copy over their format over the email signature section of settings in your Gmail account. Edit the text to include your information. Then, adjust the font "Sans Serif" and "Normal" size. Here's an example:

Branding Policy
Review the University's branding policy when creating materials. Main points of this policy include:
The word mark or block M is required on all internal and external communications
University colors (maroon and gold) must appear prominently on all communication and marketing materials
Note that this policy applies to all University-related and School of Kinesiology-related materials, website, and communication materials (ex: Newsletters, social media).
