Cooke Hall has two conferences rooms available to faculty, students, and staff:
Cooke Hall room 101 (normal capacity 4; maximum capacity 6)
Cooke Hall room 109 (normal capacity 16; maximum capacity 24)
Use the calendars below to check the availability of these conference rooms.
If needed, the College also has conference space that can be used.
Use the directions below to reserve space in Cooke Hall:
Access your Google Calendar
Click "Create Event"
Add your event title
Click "Add rooms or location"
Search "CookeH"
If the room you want to reserve doesn't appear, it's likely already booked for that day/time
It may be helpful to add department-related calendars to your own for easy access. Use the directions below to do so:
Access your Google Calendar
On the left side navigation menu, click the plus (+) symbol to the right of "Other calendars"
Select "Browse resources"
Click on "CookeH"
Select the calendar(s) you would like to add
Exit using the upper-left arrow
