Telephones and voicemail

Accessing your voicemail for the first time

1. On your phone, press *5 to access voicemail

2. When asked for your passcode, enter your telephone number's 5-digit extension

   1. e.g.: If you phone number is 612-625-55555, the extension is 55555

3. Follow the instructions or press 9 to make changes

Accessing voicemail outside of the building

1. Dial 612-626-0000 and press *

2. Enter your extension number and the # key, and then your passcode and the # key 

OR

3. Dial your own number (e.g. 55555), then press *, and then enter your passcode and the # key

3-way telephone conferencing

1. From a multi-line phone, call person 1

2. Press the TRSFR button

3. Call person 2

4. Press the TRSFR button

5. Continue speaking together
