Space Access Requests

All those requesting access to any School of Kinesiology spaces (rooms, suites, labs, etc.) must complete the Space Access Request form linked below. A single form submission allows you to request access to multiple spaces. Please have your UCard ready to complete the form, including pictures of the front and back of your UCard. 

If needed, reference the School of Kinesiology floor plans to identify the correct room numbers to which you are requesting access.
